Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourné au Hakone Tent. Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre est agréable, bien que nous pensions avoir une chambre traditionnelle japonaise. Les parties communes sont bien entretenues. Les onsens privés sont faciles à utiliser. La localisation est top.

My daughter & I had a great stay and would definitely come back to this guesthouse again. Friendly staff, central location in Gora with easy access to all the transport. A wonderful hotel and equally a wonderful staff. The location of the hotel is fantastic and is quite close to the famous attractions such as gora park or the Hakone open air museum. I would recommend anyone who is interested in a traditional Japanese house, a fun atmosphere and a nice onsen to consider this place.

Most Friendly Staff Ever!

Hakone Tent was one of my favorite stays while backpacking in Japan! The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Beautiful traditional rooms and relaxing onsens. The staff member Mana was outstanding. She had great recommendations of what to do in the area and would immediately help you with whatever you need. Great people like Mana made Hakone my favorite part of Japan! Can’t wait to return and reconnect with new friends.

Very nice stay, with friendly and helpful staff and nice property (we stayed in the apartment). Convenient location, good food, nice amenities. The only downside is that the heaters kept on turning off.

My son and I had a great stay while visiting Hakone. The room was large and clean, the location in gora was nice, and we enjoyed the coffee shop next door. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the common areas. The kitchen is bright and the fridge accommodates breakfast food, if needed.

The place is a few minutes walk from the train station. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. We’re able to book the onsen for a nice hot soak. There was no onsite restaurant open when we stayed. It was a bit of hilly walk to a restaurant.
