Lovely hotel in a good location. Arrived 2.00am but was welcomed by person on reception who showed us to our room which was basic but clean and sufficient to our needs, had a nice balcony also. Shower was had held and once got the knack was completely fine, toiletries were provided. Breakfast wasn’t the best but there was a cafe where you could have a nice breakfast for as little as 2.50 euros. Pool area was very nice and relaxing. Overall I would definitely return to this hotel.

Bra hotell en bit från stan

Hotellet är bra och relativt billigt, man får vad man betalar för. Städerskorna på hotellet var supertrevliga, och gjorde verkligen allt för att vi skulle känna oss bekväma, de flyttade t.ex. ihop våra sängar till en dubbelsäng, vilket vi inte hade orkat göra natten innan. Rummet blev städat varje dag. Hotellet har en pool i bra storlek, med en del solstolar runt om. Vi spenderade inte mycket tid på hotellet, men kände oss nöjda med vistelsen. Frukosten hade dock kunnat förbättras, någon skiva tomat och lite frukt hade inte skadat att lägga till. Det var en helt ok vistelse i ett tyst område en bit från stan. Vi hade bil och körde in till stan och stranden, annars tar det ca.15-20 min att gå.

double booked for one night but nice hotel

After reading a few reviews about this hotel I was a bit hesitant to book due to the amount of reviews saying people were being moved to a different hotel upon arrival. I booked anyway- emailing and phoning the hotel a week before we were due to check that we was not double booked. The hotel said they were expecting us and all was fine. We arrived to domenico hotel to be told that the room that was meant to be waiting for us was occupied by someone who decided to book more days onto their holiday and therefore leaving us with no room for the night. I was very unimpressed as I was warned this could happen from a few reviews on here but you never think it will happen to you! We were then moved to a place called Sunflower apartments which was about 2 minutes up the road. The receptionist walked us up there and showed us into out 'room' but there were 0 staff on duty and the receptionist was unable to find a key to let us in so we was standing around for about 15 minutes with all our luggage. *** The Sunflower apartments were awful- we had a room right next to a shed which had a generator inside of it and therefore there was really loud noises all night long which kept us awake. The beds were hard, the shower was absolutely tiny (we didn't even attempt to use it) and in general it just was not a nice place to stay! ***** After one night at sunflower apartments we walked back down to Domenico the next day and were finally seen to our room. We had room 303 which was top floor-

NAIRN BAIRNS SATISFIED IN SIDARI

Stayed at Domenico, 2 ladies; Room inc air con, TV and breakfast well priced, lovely pool and accommodating friendly staff. At end of main strip, quiet area, near to large Supermarket and handy for bus stops too. Safe Deposit box 1 euro per night and drinks in hotel VERY well priced compared to most bars in Sidari with nice bar area and outdoor seating area. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone, no pathway to main strip everyone has to walk on road side, takes 10 minutes or a taxi to anywhere in town 5 euros. All the rooms either set in garden (ground floor) or higher rooms (2/3 floor) have a view of pool area. Snacks and evening meals also available. Nice, pleasant, enjoyable stay :D

Das Hotel ist preiswert

Das Frühstück ist etwas dürftig, entspricht jedoch dem Preisniveau. (you get what you pay for ;-) echt störend ist der ohrenbetäubende Jet, der regelmässig am Abend läuft. Ein gemütliches draussen sitzen ist während dieser Zeit ausgeschlossen. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich und alles ist immer sehr sauber gehalten.

well worth the money

Room was cleaned everyday plus clean towels, the hotel was well maintained and clean,staff very helpful and friendly,beds quite firm with blanket and a through (better than a Quilt I find,as you can adjust to your own comfort) Hairdryer and toiletries in bathroom,Tv, kettle and mini fridge. there is a supermarket with cash point over the road,car hire pharmacy, bars ,restaurants a stones throw away. The hotel is on the outer side of town but it only takes 20 mins to walk from one end to the other and Sidari is flat. the beach is a bit disappointing...not very big and needs to be swept as a lot a debree washed up in certain places.

Not 0.7 miles to Canal D'Amour

Booked this hotel based on the on line description of its location...0.7 miles from Canal D'Amour, which is where we, and after chatting to other disappointed guests, wanted to be! It certainly isn't that! The journey/Walk to sidari and Canal D'Amour is perilous to say the least, as its down the main road with no pavements. The walk to Sidari beach is 30-35 mins walk. Canal D'Amour is easily 45 mins. I feel bad for the hotel staff, they must see the disappointment many times in the weary travellers face when they realise where they have been dropped off, and that is bad for the staff, they do there best and we did get a warm welcome. Breakfast was basic, maybe to basic cheese and egg. Carbonara was delicious! The rooms are as basic as could be and the bathroom flooded every time you had a shower. Maid service was second to none. Room cleaned every day, bedding and towels changed every two days. Pool area clean and pleasant.

Overall an excellent place to stay

The hotel was a lovely, just the look of the place, the pool area & surrounding areas were very pleasant . The food was excellent, 3 course & 5* the best hotel food I've experienced , not like you would expect. George & all the staff were so helpful & friendly, they couldn't do enough for you.

Hotel pulito ed economico

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo (x 10 gg in 2 abbiamo pagato 400 euro x mezza pensione + acqua a cena) Un consiglio per la struttura: manca un mobiletto o una mensola in + in bagno e un attaccapanni in camera ... ma sono solo dettagli. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Credo che meriti almeno una stella in più.

Excellent value hotel, great location

Booked this as a late deal for myself and a friend. It is a really good value hotel in a great location approx 10 mins from the centre of resort and only a couple of minutes from bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff always happy to help. Rooms if quite basic were very clean with towels changed every other day but will change more if needed. Sheets changed twice a week. Great shower, hot and powerful, only negative is its handheld. The pool was lovely, quite quiet during the day which was perfect for us. All in all a fabulous holiday, would definitely recommend.

Albergo in zona tranquilla con camere spaziose.

Abbiamo prenotato il pernottamento + colazione. Albergo recente. Pulizia assoluta sia nelle zone comuni che nelle camere. Colazione di base completa, Piscina e zona lettini spaziosa. Personale e titolari cortesi e sempre al lavoro.

Buon hotel!

Hotel nuovo, carino, stile villaggio, con piscina grande. Il personale ci accoglie gentilmente e ci porta le valigie in camera. La stanza è carina, non troppo grande ma funzionale, con un terrazzino che da sul giardino in comune. Il bagno abbastanza grande, ma organizzato male (la porta si apriva in mezzo alla stanza, non lasciando spazio per muoversi; inoltre la tenda nella doccia faceva si che il bagno diventasse un lago dopo essersi lavati. Altra nota un po' che ci ha lasciati perplessi è stata la colazione, poco varia e carente. Nel complesso, comunque lo consiglierei.

Great place to stay in Corfu!

With my wife we spent there our holidays in June. Staying at this hotel was a pleasure. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They made as feel very welcome and you could always count on them to help you with any kind of request. The hotel is all renovated, the swimming pool is ok, the neighbourhood is quiet and report price quality is definitely worth staying there. So I definitely recommend it.

Great value for the price

My wife and me stayed 3 nights at Domenico Hotel. It takes 15 minutes walk to Sidari Center, which is OK, because the neighbourhood was quiet in the evening. There are 3 supermarkets located 2-3 minutes walk from hotel. Swimming pool was nice and clean with warm water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Domenico Hotel, and we recommend it for everyone.

Very friendly

Lovely peaceful hotel with very friendly staff who can not do enough to look after you and make sure your stay with them is good. As a lone lady traveler they made me very welcome and I didn't feel out of place at all; I always had someone to chat to if I wished.
