The room was on the ground level but with the gardens it felt very private and relaxing in the afternoons. The accommodation is easy to locate from the station and only one set of stairs to enter which is impressive for this area. The young girl on reception in the afternoons was so helpful with the passes for the walks. I really loved this stayed. It’s very comfortable not fancy. Heaps of options to eat near by and the rooms have lots of space.

The room was spacious (triple) and well equipped. Away from the crowds, yet walkable to all places in Riomaggiore. Yes, it’s quite an uphill walk with luggage, but that is explained well during and after the booking with options available to transfer luggage. Do not follow google maps. Just walk straight up the road as you exit the tunnel (no stairs until you reach the place). So those who are rating this place lower for this reason should read the instructions carefully!

Great place to stay that is quiet and out of the way of the main busy part of town. The downside is you have to walk up hill to the uphill end of town. We had a great stay at Locanda Ca da Iride! The neighborhood is very peaceful the room / apartment was very spacious with a very nice and peaceful balcony. The reception privided a lot of tips and recommendations for hotels and bars for the 5 villages of cinque terre. They also provided a QR code that allow you to have discount for the hikes.

Definitely recommend this property. Great to pre-book one of their 4 parking spaces which is only 100m further up the road, straight out onto the main street so very close to the beautiful town. Decor quite rustic but charming, lovely hot shower, comfy large bed and very clean. 100% recommend.
