You’re paying for the pool and view, but the pool is so crowded with limited seating it can be hard to enjoy if you don’t get there first thing in AM.
I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout Southeast Asia and paid significantly less for MUCH higher service.
The property is alcohol-free. Ultimately not an issue, but they don’t mention that anywhere in their information nor at check-in. If we’d known, we would have booked elsewhere, which they obviously know, hence withholding the info.
They have a shuttle that brings you to Ao Nang, but it only runs one way and at awkward times of day (10am, 3pm, 7pm).
The only real pro was a decent breakfast, which is very good, but keep in mind it is Halal, and a nice clean room. If it was half the price it is, all of this would be more understandable.
