Nice like hotel to stay for a couple of nights, you need to be Open minded to know that your toilet and shower are down the hall, you only have a sink...you can book a room with private bath but it will be more highly price....but still good hotel for the price

The hotel was very clean. Every morning I seen someone cleaning the community showers. We booked a private room so we didn’t use them but seen them being maintained. The pillows didn’t feel like pillows more like laundry in a bag. Not firm nor soft just lumpy & thin. There is a great pastry shop just a 2 min walk and right in front of the of the bus stop. It is also helpful that the hotel shares a parking lot with lidl. This location is far from places and the buses stop running early. It costed us $80 to get here from the nice airport at 10:30pm. We couldof used those funds towards a closer hotel. I would not stay here alone as it seems to be a placed booked mostly by workers with white trucks. It was me & my husband. The grille right next door was great for when we came back on the latest buses & everything is closed. The food was good and reasonable priced.

The transportation into Antibes from this location takes up to an hour and is not very easy to navigate. Arriving from Nice airport was especially difficult and expensive. The room itself was very clean and the AC was fantastic.

Know your choice, and it's fine

Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free.

Never stayed at a F1 hotel that didn't have ensuite bathroom....bit of a shock when we arrived late at night. Shared toilets were not nice to use but had been cleaned by the morning. Bedroom was very clean but bed was hard and uncomfortable. Handy location for onward travel but a long way from Antibes centre etc

I booked a room with private bathroom,but they gave me shared toalet, and shower.One night we had scary experience when a drunken man was shouting, knocking on doors for almos an hour.We were so scared, finally someone came to take him out.I wouldn't recommend to families unless you are desperate to take a night sleep on your long travel.

Quelle surprise de ne pas trouver de douche et wc privés ! Lorsqu'on réserve la chambre ce n'est pas précisé et les photos sont trompeuses. En ouvrant la porte, une odeur de pipi de chat. Puis le lavabo qui fuit ( une poubelle sous la fuite) On demande le code wifi...mais pas de wifi, alors que c'était inclus. Pas de serviette de toilette, il faut les acheter !!!!!!!! Matelas en 140, de mauvaise qualité. Douches communes potables, cuvette wc sale. Très mauvaise insonorisation, nous avons passé une nuit blanche. Petit déjeuner minimaliste, Au prix de la nuit, ça fait rager Un conseil, évitez cet endroit
