Furniture was scuffed up in some areas. Drawer pull was hanging by one screw. Bathtub was not clean ( had a ring around the tub).

Our room had no room-darkening/privacy window shades, but we were cheerfully given another room when we discovered the problem. The hotel seems to have been updated somewhat recently, but there are many minor things that are worn or not working. For example. the shower has shampoo and body wash dispensers, but they are non-functional. Such items are supplied, but in another room. The breakfast is OK but not great. Overall, I would rate this hotel at less than 3 stars. It had very high ratings, that I think are overly optimistic. I booked because of the relatively low price and high ratings, but believe that the old adage is true - you get what you pay for. It is not bad, just not 3-stars.

Bed hard and uncomfortable. Clerk announced our room number to everyone waiting to check in. Room we were in had mold around the bathtub. No stopper for bathtub. Clerk said none of the tubs have stoppers. Had to use a wash cloth.

This was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. It was so dirty and old that I didn't want to unpack my suitcase. The shower and toilet had crud all around them, and the carpet in the room was disgusting. There weren't even enough towels in my room. If it weren't so late at night, I would have switched hotels. Do not stay here. I'm so disgusted.

This is not a hotel I would likely stay in again. The Price was ok but it definitely needs updates to rooms and the toilets. In order to flush our toilet we had to take off the tank lid so the arm of the handle ti let the water out. The room smell very stale and unpleasant. The morning staff was away from the desk taking many quick breaks and smoking at the front entrance. It definitely needs work before I would stay again by choice.

The gentleman checking us in was so friendly and helpful especially when we needed to change rooms. The room we stayed in was pretty comfortable but the problem was the toilet we had to take off the tank lid in order to flush the toilet each time. The rooms are pretty outdated and need a makeover. The morning desk staff and the staff taking care of breakfast were moving around a good deal mostly to take care of their breakfast and take smoke breaks right at the entrance of the hotel. My husband and I travel a good amount and I trusted the reviews I read. This is the first time I would disagree with the majority of them.

The staff were very pleasant and the entranceway was extremely clean. The sheets were old and peeling, and the furniture was worn, but everything was clean and usable. I was on the top floor and it was very quiet. For the price it was a good deal. I would recommend avoiding the fitness center, though as it was small, dark and extremely stinky.

We had to move rooms because someone left two barking dogs alone for hours. The whole third floor and elevator always smelled like weed and there was a roach in the dining room and the shower. The shower curtain had mold on it. We left early.
