El problema radica en que el personal administrativo necesita capacitación para entender que están vendiendo una experiencia de esparcimiento y relajación, y no simplemente rentando cuartos. El trato es cortante y muy impersonal…ya te están corriendo para que te vayas y dejes el cuarto… y que no tienes derecho a las amenidades etc en fin la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor con el enfoque correcto…
