Overall an OK stay. Has recently gone under new ownership who seem to be cheapening everything unfortunately. As the last Sheraton left in Samoa Sheraton need to keep a close eye on this hotel so the brand is not damaged. The food was inconsistent some dishes great, but others including sandwiches were served with stale bread and over complicated fillings. My wife ended up with food poisoning from the Nasi goreng filled with clearly left over prawns. We had the suite on site (the one in the pictures) which was wonderful. The Spa is a disaster run by the rudest woman on the planet. Not a local but an import from somewhere. The pool area is great. In summary a mixed bag - the hotel showing signs of a downward trend.

Staff are exceptional, very polite and helpful with every request, room has nice balcony overlooking the harbour. Water replenished every day with fresh towels. Convenient location close to everything, plenty of parking for your hire car.

Right from the start we were welcome with an amazing staff. Check in was quick and easy. Staff assisted us with carrying all our luggage’s to the room while we sipped on the complimentary drink. Through out our 7 day stay at the Sheraton, we felt nothing but genuine hospitality and care from the team in Apia. Thank you for making our trip extra special. The room was clean and very spacious. The check out was just as easy and quick.

From arrival, we were asked to pay when we checked out, despite our booking already being fully paid via bank transfer. We were given a room at the back of the hotel where the area was empty. There was leftover food, used linen, and a strong unpleasant smell along the walkway and inside the room. The smell was overwhelming, and we had to keep the windows open to get through the first night. After making a complaint, we were moved closer to other guests, which we appreciated. However, although the hotel looks luxurious from the outside, the room did not reflect that standard. The bathroom was also very small. Some staff provided excellent service, while others did not. It was a perfect stay. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was good with making sure we had water in our room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Buffet breakfast was awesome. I stayed in the Bungalow suite and was very impressed with the room, extremely spacious with a seperate lounge area, couch and tv and the bedroom area also has a tv - both come with seperate air conditioning. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom has a bath and shower with all the amenities you need. The staff are very friendly + helpful always on hand to assist you. The pool was great to cool down and enjoy - there are 2 pools, the main pool and a lap(lane) pool on the premises. The food was so good, with fresh ingredients being served and food coming out quickly from the kitchen - all reasonably priced. Thank you Sheraton Aggie Grey's, I will definitely be back :)

Housekeeping was great, amenities are nice and clean. Unfortunately the only negative I can give which ruined our experience is the 6 days of bearkfast we had, only one day did the bacon and egg lady remember we had ordered. The other 5 days we would wait 15min to 20mins then eventually get up to ask for our bacon and eggs which was somehow forgotten. This ruined my appetite as waiting around and then our order was forgotten was very disappointing. Staff at reception were nice and the cleaners always had a beautiful smile.
