フロントの方々はとても感じがよく、近隣の施設について質問した時も朝食の時間の変更を希望した時も臨機応変にご対応いただきました。ただ、部屋の冷蔵庫の中に飲み残しの水のペットボトルが入ったままでした。そうすると、部屋の他の部分も清掃にも不安を感じてしまいます。フロントの対応が大変良かっただけに残念です。

ホテル自体にはそれほど不満はないのですが、隣の部屋に泊まられたスパニッシュが夜中の1時からどんちゃん騒ぎを始め、寝ていたのを起こされるということがありました。フロントに対応を依頼し、暫くして静かにはなったのですが娘の受験のための前泊でしたので眠れない騒音は本当に困りました。受験生組を同じ階に固めるなど少し配慮があると有り難かったかなと感じました。隣の声、テレビの音、フロントからかけて頂いた電話の音など良く聞こえましたので隣のテレビ台とこちらのベッドが壁を挟んで設置してあるのだと思います。音に敏感な方は気をつけられた方が良いかもしれません。

提供された部屋は元々ホテルが推しているようなオシャレなものではありませんでした。わかってはいたのだけれど、羨望もなく暗く狭く快適性の無い部屋でした。生ビールサーバーが設置されてあり、一杯目はウェルカムドリンクかと思いきや200円の徴収有り。立地は街中でアクセスは良かったです。

大人3人で予約してシングルベット2台と敷布団1セットだったのですがせめて敷布団の下に敷くマットが欲しかった。床に直接敷布団だったので体が痛くなった。部屋のわりにエアコンが巨大なので１℃の上げ下げで極端に室温が変わり丁度良い室温にならなかった。あとは綺麗だったし、サービスの１００円生ビールも最高でした。
