This is my second stay here. The location is perfect. The price is reasonable. The host is super friendly and helpful. Maria makes a traditional Mexican breakfast, and it’s delicious. Our room opened to a darling garden. This is not a fancy hotel. However, I’ve tried many places in Coyoacán and Condesa, and this is my favorite.

Casa Jacinta is perfectly located for visits to craft markets, cafes, restaurants, parks, and especially the Frida Kahlo house. Staff are warm, rooms are large and comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty. There are indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in, and the entire "casa" is filled with amazing art. I would happily stay at Casa Jacinta again.

Casa Jacinta was excellent. Located on a quiet street just a short walk from Coyoacan’s main square, this small guest house/hotel was perfect for our needs. Note it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station, so allow for that if you are using public transportation to get around (it works great once you get to the station). Lots of great dining options near by

Casa Jacinta is a wonderful place to stay - it was a great home-base for our exploration of Coyoacan and the CDMX region. We felt safe and well-cared for. The breakfast was always amazing and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our kids said it was their favorite thing about visiting Coyoacan.

What an amazing place. Emiliano did everything he could to make sure you got the most out of your stay and your trip, the rooms were cosy and clean (with very pretty bathrooms) and the garden was a lovely spot to sit when you needed some space to just be or plan your day.

The staff & manager are very kind & accommodating. My Cabin rooms smelled musty so they moved me to smaller but beautiful room & refunded partially. They make hot Breakfast that is incredible- but ends at 9:30 a.m., so don't miss it. I left my bags in managers office to do museums and they helped me carry them to my Uber when I left. I've stayed here twice and love it. My kiddo stayed here last time & loved it too. Very nice neighborhood for strolling- close to beautiful park & Frida Kahlo museum. Definitely recommend this B&B.

This is a nice boutique guest house, friendly staff, great house made breakfast, and walking distance from Coyoacan city center. During check-in, there was no mention about the possibility of an upgrade (if available) nor I was communicated about the Free Breakfast as perk being a Gold Member at a VIP Access property. After leaving a comment they reached out the next day about breakfast and to apologize for the miscommunication. Overall, it is a small, charming property for a relaxing getaway.

Great boutique hotel with Mexican friendliness

This is a lovely boutique hotel located walking distance from the Frida Kahlo Museum. The hotel is decorated with beautiful Mexican paintings, sculptures & artifacts. The garden is beautiful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was amazing -freshly squeezed orange juice, your choice of eggs & toast, coffee, tea. My granddaughter loves mushrooms & they made her a mushroom omelet. Fresh fruit and delicious jam everyday. The staff were very friendly, informed and helpful. Numerous open markets, coffee shops & great restaurants in walking distance. This hotel made our trip so enjoyable!

I wish I could stay here longer to truly enjoy the sanctuary spirit of this place. The place, both the street and the hotel (home like) is just so incredibly unique and welcoming. It has a hacienda feeling and neighbors live close by so it feels serene and safe. The owners were warm and welcoming and although it was a little hard and scary to find the exact location, it was worth it. I would advise anyone staying here to let them know about what time you are arriving so they are on the lookout for you. The addresses of this gated historic district are discreet and the Uber driver had a tough time finding the exact building so come prepared knowing the exact address and number and who to ask for. The outdoor doggies are super friendly and fun.
