Can’t wait to visit again .

As soon as I entered the hotel , the staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculate and comfy . Couldn’t have asked for more . Had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant on the final day due to other commitments during the stay and it was amazing.

The room was jn good condition however the shower had mould. This also very obvious because of the white tiles. We did mention this to the reception and the cleaner had removed a lot of it but mould that has developed over time needs more treatment and special mould sprays. A lot of the mould was cleaned uo but there was still mould in our shower. Everything else was great.

A fantastic stay! We arrived a few hours early and the team on reception very kindly checked us in early. I had also requested some balloons in our room for a birthday and this had been completed - thank you! A lovely stay, very central and very helpful staff.

A lovely hotel with helpful staff and a great location but it’s I’m a frequent solo traveller (once a month to Europe) and I’ve never known a hotel not provide free water in the room. When you travel as much as I do you start to pick up on things like that!

Lovely hotel with an amazing rooftop breakfast, would highly recommend! Only small niggles were the building site to the back outside our room which started work at 6am on weekdays (not the hotel’s fault), and the bathroom was quite small, with a tiny sink and little space to exit the shower. All in all a brilliant stay and would go back.

Just OK - quite a small hotel, the room was lovely but we hadn’t realised that the breakfast was a la carte rather than buffet - and in practice we wouldn’t have chosen the hotel had we realised this. The a la carte portions were v small and choice limited, with 1 glass of orange juice and 1 coffee/tea - just not really what you need for a heavy day of walking and sightseeing, with one dish that was pretty small.

The location is great. It is so close to the university and city center. It is clean, calm, and comfortable. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars which stay open late. I will stay at this hotel next time. One drawback was the unstable internet. Another was breakfast, a list of few options either with pork or egg, and expensive for what I got!

It was terrible- no air conditioning in entire building during the heat wave at 95 degrees, when we complained to the the front desk she said there is nothing she could do because it was Saturday, we were miserable. When I requested the rate adjustment I was told I need to speak with the manager, I’ve requested a call since we were traveling. Unfortunately no one reached out and instead of speaking with us we have received email with a small coupon for the next stay. Never again- DO NOT BOOK

Cute boutique hotel with rooftop bar restaurant

This is a cute boutique hotel in the heart of Budapest near Kalvin ter. There’s a nice rooftop bar/restaurant on top of the hotel and there are lovely views of the city. Breakfast is served here. A fine dining restaurant (2 Michelin stars) Salt is connected to the hotel but not part of it. My room (601) was not large but the interior design was pretty good so it was perfect for me (or a couple). I loved the amenities snd the bed was comfortable, everything was super clean. I couldn’t switch off the heating (only reduce the temperature) which was a bit annoying at night as there is a continuous noise and that disturbed my sleep the first night. I found the bathroom door (glass) a bit weird as it can’t be completely closed. Could be an issue especially if there are two people sharing the room but maybe I’m old fashioned.

room was extremely small you can not even put your luggage at all and i did not book such a that small room and they did not want to change it or upgrade it and they always said they are fully booked. when i asked late checkout until 1pm can i keep room they said after 11 am they told me 10 euro per hour they will have to charge. last night, i asked again they are fully booked. i am wondering if i paid extra 10 euro per hour they did not fully booked? of it is why they said in their website checkin is 3 pm?? i asked only 1pm! staff was not friendly at all unfortunately.
