Great location, very accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and the proximity to everything is convenient. The condo was well equipped with utensils, cookware, tupperwares, and drinking water. We were not expecting the condo to have WiFi but it did. When we were there, all the local nightclubs were closed. I recommend that you confirm that they are closed before reserving. If they are open, expect a lot of noise at nights and on the weekends. Thankfully, it didn't affect us. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo on the beach

Amazing Views, right on the beach, and freezing cold AC. Only negative is you can hear anytime the neighbors do anything, and we had a group who was up 24-7...literally. In spite that we will be back!

Do Not Stay Here! We arrived with a party of 6-- 3 married couples. The three bedroom condo had working a/c in only one bedroom. The a/c in the living room also worked. It was some kind of holiday in Mexico and there were not any maintenance people to fix the a/c units. Finally a lady came and apologized for all the trouble and said she would be recommending a full refund. She also brought fans to help out. One couple had to sleep on the couch in the living room. It also smelled , I am guessing because of the lack of a/c. The beach you walk out onto is full of boats tied up , so you have to walk down a couple blocks to get in the water. I would not recommend this place and would give it a zero if I could. We are still fighting with them weeks later to get our refund.

FRAUDE! BIGGEST SCAM

No es un hotel. Es un condominio privado que renta una agencia. Llegas y el famoso "lockbox" no existe y nadie del condominio tiene ni la menor idea de qué está pasando. Hablamos 20 veces a los teléfonos que aparecen en el e-mail que te envían y nadie contesta (984-168-0338). Estuvimos tratando de localizar el famoso "lockbox" junto al ingreso, con ayuda del encargado de seguridad Marvin y nunca lo encontramos (Nadie sabe nada, son departamentos privados). La peor experiencia que he tenido en Hoteles.com. Estoy haciendo el proceso para que me regresen mi dinero porque tuvimos que llegar a otro hotel ya que en este fue imposible. El departamento está oscuro y pudimos ver la alberca techada y es UN ASCO. Perdimos 1 hora de nuestro viaje tratando de tener acceso a la habitación y fue imposible.

Girls trip

I like staying at the Ocean Plaza Condos because of its location. If you walk out the back you are on the beach and if you walk out the front door you are literally next to all the bars and so close to fifth avenue. This year I couldn't help but notice all the small boats that are now setting out in the ocean in front of the condo. I wish they would move those boats but don't think it will happen. We had an issue with the bathroom downstairs where the water would not work in the shower and even to flush the toilet it was very slow but it was three girls so we all just shared the bathroom upstairs. I would still stay at this condo because it just feels like after your long days of exploring you are coming back to a nice apartment and it feels like home.

Some people have written in reviews that the music nearby was too loud - I barely noticed it and I'm quite a light sleeper. I was in condo 18 donor sure if the music is louder in other condos but our place was amazingz

TERRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE

After reading all the comments, I was contemplating to cancel my stay. But Hotels.com would not refund me my bookings despite my cancellation being done one week before. It's a terrible experience. There was no TV in my room. Tried calling the management at 4pm but no one picked up, even though the office is suppose to have someone till 5pm. It's impossible to rest at night with all the LOUD music blasting from the clubs. The other residents with their constant banging of the doors and their screaming and shouting will drive you crazy. If you have booked the hotel and are thinking if you should forfeit the deposits, I will say do it and move somewhere else. All the bookings site should consider banning this "hotel" with no concerige and no service and management from their booking sites. Guess it will never happen since it's always about making money.
