Good experience for the price, it was well located. The rooms definitely tell their age, there were some ominous-colored spots on the carpets (which cover the whole floor/s of the room). Some looked like old blood. Overall okay/good experience if you’re just there to sleep!

The room was clean, and the sheets and bathroom were also clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there was a very strong unpleasant odor coming from the carpet, especially in the hallways. Unfortunately, the smell was also noticeable inside the room, which made it difficult to feel completely comfortable during my stay. The location was convenient, and overall the property has some positive aspects, but the carpet odor really affected my experience. I hope this can be addressed in the future, as the cleanliness of the room itself was good.

Hotel is okay but needs some renovations. It still looks like it was 20 years ago when I first went. It's probably why it was affordable. There are no USB ports in room, like newer hotels have. So you need to make sure you have a charger block with you. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Layout of hotel is unique staggered floors no elevator so you are doing stairs with your luggage. Room had a balcony. Balcony door did not lock. Room door lock was loose but closed and locked.

Stay overall was okay. Staff were really helpful, but rooms need serious renovations. Sofa bed had a weird smell, which really made it difficult to stand next to it and the smell was noticeable while entering the room. Bed was good, and bathroom was clean. I like the fact that there were 2 entrances to the room, one into the hallway and one to the outside where we parked our vehicle. I like the location to the malls and places to visit. Overall cleanliness of the room was okay however the bathroom should have been the cleanest room which it was not. The ice box in the fridge needed defrosting because it was unusable. The room is showing it's age and could use a facelift. The staff were very pleasant to interact with.

Property was good stay for a great price. Management should consider removing the carpet and replace with flooring(as we see being done at many other properties). Room was clean and bed very comfortable and bedding spotless!!! And blackout out curtains allow provided a great sleep. Furniture and room atmosphere dated and tired but great price is likely the cause!
