Amazing park

The Staff are absolutely amazing from the hotel to the park, the park is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The food in the park is great to there's so much choice pinokkios pizza and pasta restaurant is a must. Thank you Efteling we had a great time.

Great stay- will be back!

Breakfast excellent. Room lovely and spacious and air conditioning fantastic. Plenty of towels and the pillows were exceptional. Sadly our oldest son got food poisoning on our last night (probably from the park food) which was a shame.

We had a fantastic stay at Efteling. Our 7 year old thoroughly enjoyed himself. Breakfast in the hotel was really hotel, staff were very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely want to return

Really lovely hotel with great theming. Very comfortable beds and really well appointed rooms. Restaurant is lovely - clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of good choices. Also, the signature scent in the shower gel is amazing!

The property overall all was fantastic but sadly on our last night I had my baby in the shower and the water temperature went from Luke warm to scolding hot and scolded my 11 month old baby. Luckily he didn’t have physical burns but he cried in pain as soon as the water touched his skin. I can only imagine there was some sort of fault with the thermostat in the shower. I reported this to reception but didn’t hear any more after the event.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het park. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk team. Enig minpuntje: in het restaurant mag er meer gepoetst worden. Eten aan een plakkende tafel en stoelen is niet fijn. Er zijn slechts 2 liften, ze zijn drukbezet.

Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. The breakfast was epic and the character met was fun. There was lots of little details in the room. Comfy bed. Easy access to the park and early access. The east side of the hotel is close to a very busy road which is either a good or bad thing depending on whether you like a gentle traffic hum at night or not. The only big downside is that you dont' access via the front of the theme park which means you don't see the awesome park entrance.
