This is an absolutely surreal place. The worst is lack of service, reception and correct information. Getting to your room looks like an escape room. You first get the wrong address, than the self check-in machine is broken, you can't get to your room. The virtual receptionist is broken. Nobody answers the telephone. You waste your time waiting. In the room plenty of things are old and not functioning. Again no help from the nonexistent service. Fire alarm goes off. Shades are missing. Internet is bad. The manager of the building David comes over to collect taxes and shouts at you that you are using the wrong code to the lower entrance, the wrong code to the upper entrance, the wrong code to the room, you are guilty of doing everything wrong. A sociopath offending clients instead of helping. It is a total nightmare. We spent 5 full days in email communication with some service people who did not care about any problems. They want their money and for you to literally .... I would gladly pay not to stay there in the first place.
