We had a king room at the end of the pier with a great view. We ended up staying an extra night, so we had to move rooms. I preferred the less expensive one still on the pier. It had more room and a nice view. The location of the hotel was walking distance to the cute down town and harbor cruses. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

We went with another couple and we all enjoyed the Tugboat Inn...quaint with incredible harbor views, it was fun to have choices within the property (bar/pub downstairs, topside lunch restaurant, and full scale restaurant inside)..in fact, we brought our cribbage board and played games on our 2nd evening during the rainy period. This property is an EZ walk to everything downtown. We did the boat-ride-Island Clambake which was wonderful and priced right. We will be eating the leftovers tonight. We understand changes were made after Covid everywhere we have stayed, but it would have been nice if the housekeeping came by for a light trash pick up and an exchange of towels on our middle day. Otherwise, this property is a wonderful place to stay.
