Friendly staff, Clean room, spacious. Not bad for the price especially if you’re on a budget. But the tvs didn’t work when we arrived. Traveling with toddlers that can be a problem. Also the water wouldn’t stay hot making showers uncomfortable.

Check-in was quick and easy, and I was even able to check in a little over two hours early. Once I was checked in and got to my room, I was blown away, especially considering the price I paid! I couldn’t believe how clean and just how nice the room was! I just had a simple studio, but that was all I needed. The bathroom was super clean. I will agree with one review that mentioned the tub being rather tall, but I saw that as a plus! I was able to draw up a nice warm bath that completely enveloped my body! I noticed several reviews mentioned a lack of hot water. I have no idea how many people might have taken back-to-back showers or how long their shower was, but I took an average length shower to wash my hair, immediately followed by a nice hot/warm bath. I was curious as to just how much hot water was available. I filed up the entire gigantic tub and STILL had hot water! So, I’m not sure what those reviews meant. Another contradiction I found between some of the reviews and my experience was regarding housekeeping and amenities. First of all, my room was well stocked with towels, even a set of beach towels, with extras in the bathroom cabinets. If I needed housekeeping, I just had to let them know. I was there for six nights and never lacked for anything. When I needed more coffee cups or sugar/creamer, all I had to do was ask. I honestly can find nothing to consider a negative. I’d definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Very nice property! Rooms were clean and fully stocked with everything one needs, Very quiet. Pool was crystal clear and warm considering the chilly weather that popped up out of nowhere. It’s a great location for day trips to both sides of the peninsula! 2 hours to St. Pete on the Gulf, 2 hours to Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic! I also recommend Jetty Park for an Atlantic day trip! I’ll definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious and clean. Updated since our last visit. The only negative was the tub which was hard to get in and out of..much too high. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Overall an average experience, with the customer service on the phone being why they got 2/5 for customer service, a bit rude (intonation) and abrupt (hanging up abruptly when I wished them a good day (FIRST), without acknowledgement). I would've rated 3/5 overall, but automatic 1/5 because THEY HAD ME WRITE MY CREDIT CARD INFO ON A PIECE OF PAPER THAT THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS TO, RATHER THAN A SECURE SITE.

A los 5 minutos de haberse hecho la reservation trate de cancelarla que automáticamente se habia cambiado la fecha y no quisieron cancelar y trate de diferentes formas y ni expedia ni el lugar arreglaron nada
