Room and bed were clean. However, I found glass shards on the bathroom floor. Our room faced the street and was noisy until 11pm. After this, the area was quiet until 7am. Staff was very helpful and allowed us a kate checkout for a minimal charge.

Technology fail 1 tv was broken the other Tv worked but unable to warch cable was not properly connected. We tried to call it in but phone was not working walked downstairs to ask for another room or a solution but they were at Max capacity and manager was not in was promised that the maintenance guy would show he never arrived. Pictures in advertising the place like the bar and gym are not in the building. They are business around the hotel so you have to go outside the building parking is a nightmare is self parked and two cars were booted because the instructions need a bit of work specially if you drive in at night.

I wasn’t pleased with the rooms. It looked more antique. The parking two blocks down the street is very inconvenient, you spend $40 a day for a parking spot that’s two blocks away from the hotel.

Room was small, floors were buckled and I almost fell twice on them, the place only has one elevator. The bed was very uncomfortable and made squeaky noises. You could hear people walking and conversations from other rooms.

They’ve got a bad sewage issue. Soon as you walk in the rooms it smells like poop. You have to pay $80 to park and you walk a block to parking. Very inconvenient. Staff was nice. Only 1 slow elevator. Rooms are small. Never again!

All the front desk Staff were helpful & great!! With an early flight coming in, we arrived hours before check-in & was hopeful, the hotel would store our luggage so we could start exploring, but our room was ready. So we were able to check into our room before lunch time. AND a HUGE shout-out to the staff that cleaned our room every day while we were out. They did a great job!! We travel quite often & have not had service like this from any hotel in years. It was greatly appreciated!!

The room space was adequate for the cost however you would think things within the room would be more taste to the histories of the area and culture. Also some weird feeling when you walked as if the floor isn’t leveled cause grave concerns Staff was good. Parking is a conversation to be had. Not only is it a 2 block walk the process to unload & load your car is horrible on that street. Hotel flow access should only be available to even get on the street if that is how you would have it. Just an overall true experience.

The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel is small and cozy. Room was clean. I wish someone would remove dust from the walls and a picture on the wall. Room phone wasn’t working, so in order to reach front desk we had to go back down stairs
