Literally perfect! The best stay I had in Bali. The staff were so friendly and always on top of everything, literally felt like a spa and resort type place. Around the hotel there is really nothing to do but the hotel provides so many services like breakfast, lunch, dinner, a pool, and a spa. A must go to hotel!!

Great stay and great service.
It is a perfect hotel for a quiet getaway. Our deluxe room was the right size for the two of us. Our AC was not working on our 2nd night and was followed up by management right away. It is a bit far from Ubud centre but free shuttles are provided a few times daily to go there. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Fair, however needs improvement.
Staff were very freindly and at hand when needed. It was a nice quite location to begin our trip away from the chaos one has come to expect in Bali.
The view from the room and dining room into the lush forest was very peacefully.
Breakfast was good, however evening meals were very average. So much so, we decide to take the taxis in to ubud (about 30 minutes away) for dinner for the last 3 nights of our stay.
Food and drinks are over priced for the quality, compared to the local area.it
Bed was ok, however pillows 2 out of 10.
Spa was excellent highly recommend.
Rooms needed some TLC, doors hard to open to bathroom, tap in bathroom didn't work as it should. Towels were clean (however stained) they need to replace them.
Overall l think its rated as 4 star (maybe 3.5 stars) They just need to improve food, replace linen, review each room from top to bottom)
The hotel price/package was good, however if we stayed in this area again we would try somewhere else.

what stands out for the resort is the attentive staff working in the restaurant. they were very helpful and accommodating. they even provided a service recovery due to an order not being cooked to satisfactory. that does not mean that the food was but, it was delicious. the cleanliness in the room was borderline poor as the sheets were lipstick-stained. i did indicate to change the sheets but it did not come to pass. there weren't cups provided in the toilet for brushing of teeth. the pool water is murky and seems to not be treated regularly. overall, the hotel seems dated and in need of refurbishment. however, i have to reemphasize that the waiters and food on the other hand were top-notch. it was because of these positives, that our stay was not a bad one.

The foresty part, the environment. Thats basically it.
Besides the typical niceness of balinese, the food there is atrociously priced for a small quantity. We had to go to Ubud to get food from there.
Morning breakfast, try to be the very first one or youll be waiting at least an hour, while you're hungry in the morning. When you ask them, they will keep saying yes it's coming, but even after 30 mins no show. This is with just 2 other couples besides us. We stayed for nearly a week, it was the worst decision. If i knew their restaurant pricing was alot i.e 120000 for nasi ayam etc i wouldnt have gone. For such mediore taste. Never going again ever! Oh and also being there, i have had all of my allergies triggered, which didnt even happen in kuta not sure what they use. Plus there's burning nearly every day and no proper place for smokers so you sit with smokers while eating. Bleugh. The only got thing is the nature, pool and room. Thats it.

We checked in on the Saturday 18th of May. We had a confirmed reservation for my wife, my 12 yo son and myself. When we approached the counter the receptionist said, 'ok, reservation for 2 people.' Straight away i showed my confirmation of reservation for 3 people. He had to call somewhere to confirm then he agreed. 'Ok, all good reservation for 3 people'.
We proceeded to our room 912. 4 levels down from reception. There is no lift and the steps are uneven.
The room had been closed for a number of days as the smell of dampness was evident. immediately we opened the balcony doors and turned the aircon on. the room attendant suggested keeping windows and doors shut as there are plenty of mosquitos.
Anyway, we got changed and headed to the pool. gorgeous on the pictures. The top pool 'Swing pool' small and has 4 different levels in only 1 part of the pool you can swim. However, plenty of broken tiles. we even played puzzles with the loose broken tiles. the other pool at the bottom 2 levels down from the swing pool, is extremely cold. we could not get in.
we got back to the room to get changed to go for cocktails at the pool and i realized the extra bed had not been delivered. we changed and went to the bar, asked for 2 cocktails and a mocktail. halfway through the cocktail, i asked the bar attendant to check on our extra bed which had not been delivered. Bar attendant called the reception and said that 'i had not paid for the extra person's booking and if i wanted an extra bed i

La chambre parfait avec un énorme lit. Sachet des café ou thé a votre disposition.
Salle de bain fermé mais douche ouverte donc possible de voir des invité dans la nuit.
30min de centre d'Ubud mais avec des navettes a l'hôtel ca se fait bien.
