For the price, we felt this property was really good value. The apartment was clean, spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked, you get a free parking spot included, there is a washer/dryer, the WiFi worked great, and it’s in a great location just across the water from Las Olas and a short drive to the beach. I also felt it was a safe neighborhood as the building is on a street with gorgeous waterfront mansions. The communication and responsiveness of the management company is outstanding. And it was probably the easiest/best checkout process of any VRBO I’ve ever stayed in (no stripping beds, bringing garbage anywhere, etc….you just leave!). I will also say it’s a very old building and the apartment does have lots of signs of age with cracks, scratches, peeling paint, etc. So if you want something newer and more upscale then spend more money for a nicer place, but if like us, you want something less expensive that has a kitchen, parking, living space, and is clean and safe and in a good location (and you understand you are not staying at the Four Seasons), then this place fits the bill.

We just stayed at Artrageous for 6 nights as we decommissioned our yacht for sale. The apartment was perfect, very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We slept like babies in the super comfy bed and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing simple meals. The location is very close to the main downtown Fort Lauderdale area with tons of restaurants, bars and boutiques. We will definitely be back!
