Would not recommend

Very poor service from hotel who had our room double booked. Took a lot of effort (and 24 hrs) to get a new apartment that was even close to what we had booked. Lots of other difficulties followed. Would not recommend.

Apartment bei Marina Walk

Wir haben das Apartment für 10 Nächte gebucht. Da wir zu viert gereist sind und zwei Schlafzimmer benötigten hielten wir es als bessere Alternative zu einem Hotel mit zwei Einzelzimmern. Leider wurden wir schwer enttäuscht. Bereits vor der Anreise blieben mehrere Emails bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe unbeantwortet. Erst nach einem Anruf bei Expedia und ebenfalls mehrerer Versuche der freundlichen Kundenbetreuerin konnte die Frage geklärt werden. Nach Ankunft mussten wir feststellen das sich das Apartment am 11 und nicht wie angegeben am 29 Stockwerk befindet. Laut Mitarbeiter ein Tippfehler... Wir hatten auch gleich reklamiert das nicht genügend Handtücher für uns alle da sind und das wir nur einen Schlüssel bekommen haben. Es wurde uns versichert das wir dies am nächsten Tag bekommen. Leider haben wir trotz mehrerer Nachrichten nie etwas bekommen noch Antwort erhalten! Auch vor dem Auschecken mussten wir mehrere Nachrichten an mehrere Nummern senden um endlich Antwort zu erhalten wann die Übergabe erfolgt. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr abgewohnt. Wasserschaden an der Decke und den Mauern. Lichtschalter funktionieren großteils nicht. Wäscheständer defekt. 1 Bad Duschvorhang defekt, 2 Bad kein Duschvorhang vorhanden. Stühle defekt. Es war bei Übergabe sehr schlecht gereinigt. Teppich ekelhaft! Böden schmutzverschmiert. Haarföhn nicht vorhanden. Zu wenig Handtücher. Zimmerreinigung 1x wöchentlich versprochen, aber fand natürlich nicht statt.... Straßenlärm hoch
