Location was amazing, easy walks to restaurants and entertainment. The view of the Story Bridge was spectacular. The lobby and cafe were quite nice. The breakfast was abysmal. Some toast and lack lustre selection of cereal, fruit and random choices; no eggs only a few pieces of bacon. Definitely would not have paid for it. Coffee was an extra cost. The room was quite old, there were dead bugs in the light fittings and next to the washer. Definitely paying for the location.

After initially not being able to find out booking, they ‘found’ it, but put us in a twin single room, instead of a queen with a rollout. We discovered this around 8pm. When I highlighted this, they politely found us another room, however this time, after I had to move our bags, I arrived at a unit that had no running water and a toilet that the cistern fell off. They then said they only had the original room offered, and would set up a bed for our child. At 8.30pm, we had no other choice. They did remove the parking payment, however the tired facilities and the fact that we didn’t get what we paid for was disappointing. Helpful staff however.

Reception was clean and neat, then started to go down hill from there. Elevator button had to press multiple times as the buttons were broke, quilt had stains, toilet seat was perished and stained and the shower pressure was a dribble unless you wanted a cold shower.Kitchenette was old and outdated and was a spot where the washer and dryer should of been but had been removed.Pool was a lot smaller then made out to be in the photo.
