Great Stay & Value

Camilla & Manuel were very helpful especially after our flight was delayed & we arrived a day late. They helped to arrange a last minute ride to the cruise port when the trains went on strike. The Sit bus from FCO was cheap & easy with the B&B only steps away from drop off. Vatican, Castel & Adrian Square all 5 minute walk. Patheon, Trevi, Navona & Spanish steps all within walking distance 15-20 minutes. We will stay here again. Little breakfast cafe was perfect for cafe & cornetto. Recommendation of L'Hostaria d Cesar was a delicious & romantic spot to eat. Authentic & reasonably priced.

The best thing about the Bnb is the location so close to Castel Sant’Angelo and Vatican. The Prati neighbourhood offers a lot. It is a little outdated and does not offer on site breakfast but offers a coupon for a local bar which was good but a few blocks away, the room is a little gloomy and a window which is facing a brick wall with very old curtains. The host was very helpful and recommended the SiTA bus shuttle from airport for 9 euros and drop off is a few steps away from room. Overall good value for Rome and it’s location given the ridiculous prices of the Jubilee year.

Fabulous little Rome hotel - a real gem.

Fabulous little hotel. Great location around 10 minute walk from the Vatican. Small and friendly guest accommodation with a handful of clean comfortable modern rooms. Great host who kindly left snacks plus water in fridge for us. Feels very safe and secure and rooms very quiet despite busy location. Nice neighbourhood with restaurants shops and bus stop few minutes away. The owner kindly arranged our private transfer from the airport to hotel after liasing by email.Highly recommended and great value....a real little gem 👌

Comfortable Self Service & remote watapps help

Located at a short walk to San Angelo Castle, as well as 15min walk to Vatican City as well as Piazza Navona across the other side of Tiber River. Surrounding areas has many restaurants and a few supermarkets, plus an airport bus stop to FCO. Room is renovated and very clean, bath room is modern, happy with the stay. One suggestion is to have an individual hair dryer coz the current build in hair blower take a bit more time. Camilla provide very fast response & support via watapps.

Residenze Adriana is a perfect place to stay if you come to visit Rome. 5 minutes walk to Vatican and old city area. Plenty of restaurants and bars surrounded. Very quiet and safe. The residence itself was clean and the host very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back to stay in this place in case we have to be in Rome

Very nice property and pretty clean. Lobby wasn't what I expected. I did not see the breakfast location, so wasn't sure where to go. Difficult to spot the location. However, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!

Très bien placé dans Rome dans un quartier très calme et très sécurisé (patrouilles de police partout). A 10 minutes à pied de la place St Pierre et 15 de la place Navone, l'emplacement est très bon. Le logement est très propre. Attention, si vos voisins de chambre sont bruyants ou peu Discrets, vous les entendrez malheureusement, car ce n'est pas trop insonorisé. Par contre aucun bruit de la rue. Propreté très satisfaisante, et échanges simples avec la propriétaire par WhatsApp. Un bémol, je pensais avec la description que le petit déjeuner était en chambre, mais en fait, il se fait en 2 parties. En chambre, vous avez possibilité de prendre une boisson chaude (avec la bouilloire), avec biscottes, confiture et gâteaux industriels ensachés et ensuite, à 400 M il y a un bistrot qui vous offre une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie (en échange d'un ticket fourni par la propriétaire de la chambre). Ce n'est pas très dérangeant mais ainsi vous n'aurez pas d'ambiguïté sur ce point. Clim et mini frigo !

Hotel com boa localização próximo ao centro de roma, mas em região tranquila, atendimento atencioso e gentil da Camila, são pontos fortes, unico detalhe que não me agradou muito é a luz que entra no quarto pela janela, pois tenho dificuldade e manter o sono com luminosidade, então uma sugestão seria uma cortina blackout, do restante tudo perfeito.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. However, the check-in was a little weird. No one was there. We were given a door code to let ourselves in and get the keys. We didn’t see anyone until the next morning. She was very sweet, and even helped us get a taxi scheduled. It would have been a little better if there were someone on site for assistance.

Le petit déjeuner trop léger

Chambre était propre et nettoyer tous les jours. Les chambres étant les caves transformées, isolation phonique est mauvaise. L'hôtel n'a pas son propre service de petits déjeuners. Il collabore avec un bar à proximité. / café et croissant / Très minimaliste. Il faut être rapide, sa serveuse presque désagréable. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner le dernier jour. Par contre personnel de l'hôtel souriant, agréable et prévenant. Notre dernier p. déjeuner nous a été remboursé. À part ça l'hôtel est bien situé, nous avons fait toutes les visites à pied. Vatican à "deux pas". Je le recommande avec des bouchons d'oreilles.

So noisy 😞 rooms just not suitable

Great location that’s it! These apartments are so noisy. You can hear every noise from the cars going past to the continuous banging in the hallway from early hours. The dividing walls between the rooms might as well not be there. They’re like paper you can hear people snoring in every room. All night long! You can hear everything they say every movement they make it’s absolutely horrendous, you might as well all be sleeping in the same room as the other 4 rooms as that’s what it feels like. Me and my wife didn’t sleep for four nights in a row and have never experienced anything so bad. Camilla, the hostess is a lovely lady and we could not vote her the only highlight of this place
