La verdad el personal no es muy amable, tuvimos varios detalles con el personal... supongo que porque somos mexicanos, que lástima porque el hotel está muy bien, pero estoy seguronque no regresamos!

Realmente tenia altas expectativas del hotel lamentablemente la experiencia no fue la mejor, el personal es cero amable, especialmente los de los camioncitos internos son muy groseros con el turismo nacional, vi la gran diferencia hacia el trato extranjero y escuchaba la forma despectiva en la que se expresan de los mx penso que yo no sabia ingles, muy incómodo. Este comentario lo escuche de otros huespeded tambien. El bar del lobby se satura de noche y los meseros se portan muy confianzudos. El hotel es muy grande a lo largo y no es nada practico moverse de un punto a otro. Nadie te explica nada y hay que adivinar horarios de todo. La piscina frente al mar muy linda pero las sillas alrededor sin sombrillas, el cuarto agradable pero nada del otro mundo. La comida del bufete malisima y sin sabor, el primer dia pelos en la pasta al pesto, un asco, al segundo dia las servilletas de tela manchadas con labial, todo se reportó en su momento. El mesero del rest japones le dio una piñada con alcohol a mi hija de 12 años porque "se confundio". Gente trans entra al baño de mujeres y es muy incomodo. Dicen que no se puede fumar y la gente fuma por todos lados. Es una pena realmente me lo imaginaba mucho mejor. Ah y al momento de hacer el checkin no encontraban mis documentos y tuve que esperar casi una hora para que me den el cuarto.

The staff was amazing, and the food was great except, the steak and other meats served at the restaurants needed to be seared or grilled. This attention to detail would increase the dining experience a full star in my rating. Steak should come right off the grill not from a warming tray. Other than that, my family absolutely loved the number of bars, the drink quality was great, and the variety of restaurants was amazing. We were fortunate enough to have someone help us make dinner reservations for all of our nights at one time including a wonderful chefs table meal on our last night that included wine and bevage pairing with every course. Thank you Ocean Riviera Paradise, we loved our stay!!

Troisième fois dans ce resort et toujours aussi satisfaite. Nous avons été accueilli de façon exceptionnelle, notre séjour s’est très bien passé et notre chambre était super bien située, dans Eden, près de la piscine et de la plage. J’adore les animaux qu’on peut voir et côtoyer sur le site (singe, coatie, quelques chats, iguane, etc.). La piscine sur le bord de la mer est très belle. La nourriture est bonne. Merci particulier à Claudia au front desk et à Marco du Guest service pour leurs attentions et aide pendant notre séjour.

Really did not like not being able to get seat cushions for the outside chairs. Was there for 9 nights and asked for them 3 times and never received them. Rather disappointing. Especially the lack of any follow through from the staff or apology for not getting them...nothing. Very quick to take you money but not in providing good service.

We are returning from a full week at ORP, overall we had a great stay. It can be difficult to make reservations at the restaurants unless you get on the app right at 830am the morning of, and you can expect to wait at the ones that you don’t have to make reservations for. Sakura (hibachi) you have to physically go to the desk outside of the buffet and make reservations at 830am. The buffet is decent, and had different items daily. The beach was beautiful, a few rocks in the water to watch out for but we enjoyed it. Pools were fun, my family loves all of the activities. Be sure to bring sunscreen and after sun products with you, as they are around 30$ a bottle at the resort. Be sure to get a massage from Sandra while you’re there, my husband and I went back a second time we enjoyed it so much!

There are a lot of negative reviews but for us it was a awesome resort yes it’s not a 5 star resort and go in there thinking that your not a a 5 star resort and don’t let the little things mess up your vacation I was very impressed with over all resort and the service I would definitely go back can beat it for the price you pay

Amazing food, service and ameniities. All staff were incredible. Thank you Ken and Leslie for being great animators. Excursion booking process a nightmare due to solicitation of their premium service, which is wht we had to go eith get your guide. Only other complaint was that the beach isnt throughouly cleaned and hard to enter the water. Other than that we very much enjoyed the stay
