Excellent stay: The size of the property and ease of navigating from the lobby to the beach, and all in between, is a breeze. The rooms spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Great beds, very clean and extremely attentive staff. The "Privilege" upgrade is highly recommended. It makes the trip so much easier from check in, to reservations, to getting chairs at the Privilege and El Beso pools. It also provides access to an additional restaurant that had great appetizers and the best margarita on the property. If you are lucky enough to get Rosas as your butler, well, your trip just went to 5 stars. She is the most attentive, fun and kindness woman you will meet and has the best laugh ever. With a little instruction, she planned out the week with reservations.
The pools are great. We just used the Privilege , El Beso and typically ended up at the one by the beach. It was nice to be able to move around to various "vibes" each offered. The beach area is small but plenty of places to relax. Nice to have a restaurant on the beach too. My only complaint is the meat. Steakhouse and burgers were not great meat quality. The coupon dinners were fine. The rest of the food was pretty good. Not a lot of great salad options but everything else good. The staff made the trip so enjoyable. Every single staff was kind, warm and helpful. A relaxing space with fun evening events and bowling. One of the more enjoyable places we have stayed...and we have been to a lot of them!
