I spent 4 nights there. The first night i asked for a no smoking room and was put into a run that smelled like an ash tray and there was an actual ash tray on the table. The sheets had cigarette burns on them and the bathroom was disgusting. Then the next 3 nights i was put into a non smoking room but the room was still bad. The furniture was broken i made room on the table only to find a build up of trash that had never been cleaned behind it. The faucet was broken, the shower water pressure was non existent and the toilet ran water all night. I cannot believe i was charged nearly $400 dollars for this experience. The room service (that only came once) simply folded the towel i was using and hung it over the shower door but they did replace the toilet paper (which was nearly empty when i checked in) on the first night. I do a lot of traveling for work as an academic specialist and had stayed at travel lodges before but i will never stay at another travel lodge ever again unless i get some kind of refund.

The staff was excellent. The room was approx. 15' x 9' which was cramped for the furniture in it and neglected. Only one ceiling light for entire room with 1 switch at the entry door. Clothes rack with no hangers. 1 dirty Ironing board with iron. 1 King bed. 1 night stand with one outlet on wall. Walls were dirty. Chipping paint on bathroom door that does not open all the way because it hits the table with a microwave on it.

First room was very dirty. Hair on sheets. Stains and dust on floor. AC unit was very dirty. We were offered a second room. After seeing second room we decided to stay and clean it ourselves. No drawer bottoms in chest of drawers. Don't stay here Travelodge should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel.

The whole section of the motel was neglected. There was garbage on the sidewalk of the whole section. The door handle was hard to use They room looked like no one ever gave it any thought I got this room for my brother. This room nearly brought me to tears. If it weren't for the late hour, I would have found another place I have been using Hotels.com for a long time and this has never happened before. However, if it happens again I may never use Hotels.com again I was appalled!
