Location was great. Amazing view from our balcony!

4/10 Fair

The room is smelly and old , restaurants at the resort are old , food is ok , all in all very disappointing, cancelation policy is 100% not refundable , rescheduling dates are not allowed, only stuff members are positive in all this trip , will never come back for sure
Alen, 2-night trip

Has restraunts on the property which is nice, great staff, good location to the park

Excellent customer service. The rooms were really clean and cute. Sheets smelled wonderful. They were very accommodating. We only had the chance to sleep a few hours there but will definitely come back to experience everything they had to offer.

6/10 Good

I didn't realize this was an off-season ski resort when I booked a place near Mt. Rainier. It was fine. Anyone wanting easy access to the Sunrise area of the National Park would do well to stay here.
Walter, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Cute place. Dated but clean.
Tamara, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was accommodating with good food. Rooms were clean and the patio was lovely in the evenings and mornings. During a heat wave they felt hot and stuffy-bring a fan. A bit pricey for what you get, but the convenience makes it a solid choice.
Salina, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The bartender was lovely and the gondola was so fun. It was such a fun stay, but one day the only things offered for the complimentary breakfast was coffee, cranberry juice, bread, oranges and granny smith apples.
Mikenna, 2-night trip

J.D. very friendly! Our room however is very small and only one restaurant open.Nachos fair, mainly chips.
Dana, 1-night trip

Super nice people and place was simple and cute but horrible bed.
Megan, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Adequate

The location is excellent--just a few minutes from the park. The food was good. But the place itself felt like a motel 6 for poor students skiing. The staff was great but didn't have a lot to work with.
steven, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Love the mountain views!
Katherine, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed here for quick access to Mount Rainier. I loved it! Didn’t feel like camping for a week so this was perfect. About 20 minutes from Sunrise entrance, had food and gas about 19 miles up the road. Super convenient location & was very quiet during the week.
Olivia, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Not a good place for anyone with walking difficulty. Room was very small, no table, no soundproofing. Food was excellent, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lots of natural beauty!
Herbert, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very quiet, nice mountain get away!
Karen, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Its a very very old hotel, the room smelled like mold, and very musty. There were multiple black spots on the sheets. Would recommend to stay somewhere else.
Puneet, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Our room was very outdated and the furniture was very old and worn out. The carpet was very very dirty, really awful. I think they put us in an overflow location.
alexander, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The hotels.com page has information that are misleading and some that are flat out a lie. The lie is a picture of a sauna. When I asked about it the front desk person was confused and mentioned that many people ask about it. They asked me to see the picture and when I showed to them, they try to talk to their coworkers “Did you see this?” And the guy who seemed to be the manager just said “Yep, no sauna. This is at LOGE Alta Crystal”. That’s a completely different property more than 8 miles away. The confusing and misleading part, is that this “Crystal Mountain Hotels” is not a single property but 3 different ones, Village Inn, Alpine Inn and Quicksilver Lodge. And this fact makes some of the other info in the hotel description a lie, depending on the building you stay. For example, our room was in the Village Inn which does not have a bar nor breakfast available, since these are located in the Alpine Inn. The rooms have somewhat of a hint to that in the titles but unless you’re aware of it, it’s hard to tell. These should be split in 3 separate properties with appropriate locations, descriptions and pictures. The room is very basic, the mattress is spring and not too thick, probably 8 inches, which makes it really stiff.
