The hotel overall good use a renovation. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It was nice being right by the gondola and the food at the restaurant was delicious. But as for the hotel I felt like I was at a sleep away camp or a hostel. The shower was tiny.

Great location. Nice to have a restaurant onsite. Terrible amenities. No TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, or refrigerator. The things you expect in a modern hotel.

The room and property were clean and situated in a beautiful location. The only inconvenience I experienced was with the check-in instructions. Although the instructions were sent prior to arrival, since I was arriving late, I had to call and ask about the late check-in process. The staff was helpful and explained everything over the phone, but a simple text or email with the instructions would have been more convenient.

Was operating while under construction. Room had a carpet stain, walls were full of old filled holes. Front desk did not answer the phone after waiting through prompts when you would expect a direct line to a person. Bedding was clean. Food at restaurant was good and staff was great.

There was hair left in the shower from previous guest. The mattress was broken or old - it had a huge dip in the middle of it and made an awful creaking noise every time we moved which woke us up constantly.
