I’m writing to share some feedback from my recent stay.
The night before an important business meeting, I spoke with the front desk and was assured that I could use an iron in the laundry room the following morning. I also called in advance to confirm this. However, when I went to the laundry room the next morning, there was no iron available.
This caused a major inconvenience, as I was unable to iron my clothes before my meeting and had to attend looking unprofessional. Given the nature of my visit, this was particularly disappointing.
I value clear and accurate communication, especially when it concerns essential amenities. I hope steps can be taken to ensure other guests don’t experience a similar issue in the future.
