This hotel is conveniently located, free shuttle, coffee/tea 24 hours, clean rooms. I'd recommend having spare umbrellas for guests. Hand towels were not available in the bathroom. Further, we arrived at 10 am for breakfast (buffet ends at 10:30 am) - and we were fast at taking some food - while sitting we felt rushed by the staff that was eager to clean the table. We, by no means, were expecting additional food or service, but were hoping to finish our food without rush.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. Just beware that you can’t rely on their airport shuttle. We arrived at 12:30AM and called the hotel for the shuttle and they said that the service was a “courtesy” and was not available at the moment. Same thing the next morning when we needed to go back to the airport. We had to go to the very end to the airport and walk out to the street (Circuito Interior) to get an Uber.

From the moment I walked through the doors, the front desk staff was warm, accommodating, and quick to get me checked in.A special shoutout to the shuttle driver! Not only was the ride smooth and timely, but they were incredibly friendly and even gave me some great local recommendations for getting around town.The dining experience was equally impressive. The cook prepared excellent, hot meals, and the servers were attentive, smiling, and made sure my coffee was never empty. It is so rare to find a place where every single employee clearly loves what they do and takes pride in customer service.If you are looking for a comfortable stay with genuine, top-notch hospitality, I highly recommend booking a room here!

Very disappointing stay. The room smelled very strongly of paint and the window way not possible to open. The shower was very bad with an old shower head that spread water in all directions. The property is over all old and outdated and it felt completely different from the glossy pictures. Breakfast was a complete joke with plastic cups, plastic utensils and cardboard plates. Food dis not taste fresh and the oatmeal had a crust on the sides of the bowl that made it seem like several days old. The only positive with this stay was a good bed quality and the free shuttle bus from the airport. If you expect more than a soulless hotel with absolutely no feeling of quality, book somewhere else!

Location is great for a night stay before heading to the airport. They have a complimentary shuttle that was on time. My main complaint was that rooms had been serviced but no towels were available. We checked in at 4 pm and requested them by 4:30 pm. Reception lady said that they would be delivered soon. I witnessed a request by other guest while checking in and the same was said to him. No apologies from the lady. By 6 pm no towels have been delivered so I went down to the reception to complain. The reception lady was silent, again no hospitality at all. Thanks to the bell boy (Eduardo) who jumped in to tackle the request and got us the towels right on the spot. It was not a Marriott way of being treated.

This is a good option when visiting Mexico City. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was easy to use (it is only about a 10 minute ride to the airport). The hotel is about a 20 min Uber ride to Zocalo Square. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and met my needs. The room service was ok...the food was average and not really the value for what I paid. However, you don't go to Mexico City for room service LOL, there are many fabulous restaurants and street vendors to try. Room service should only be used as a last option...which is what is for me...room service is open 24 hours. The continental breakfast each morning was very good. I loved the mini waffles and fruit options. A few tips for some new international travelers...most Latin American countries don't use wash clothes, so pack your own or get ready to use a hand towel for your shower or washing your face. Also, many hotels aboard are using the hotel key card to control the power in the room. Look for a slot on the wall near the door to place your hotel key card inside and then you will be able to turn on the lights. All and all a good and convenient option while visiting Mexico City.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, it was very disappointing that the airport shuttle was not operating. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised a 24-hour shuttle service. As a result, we had to take an Uber, and we were even taken to another City Express hotel before being redirected back to the airport location. We also arrived very late at night, and for some reason our credit card would not go through, even though it had worked in other places, and they almost did not give us the room. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra costs. I hope the hotel updates its information to avoid similar situations for future guests. Very disappointing.
