Very Impressive

Max was extremely welcoming when we arrived. The ground floor room was lovely and the bed comfortable, nice bathroom, all very modern. Food at breakfast was excellent and always well stocked, coffee by the pool was lovely. Two standouts from this hotel are the staff (Bettina on reception was a little star and Cecilia at breakfast) and the view from breakfast - to die for! Nothing was too much trouble, great vibe, perfect location for exploring Lake Garda.

Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommended

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better – it’s close to everything yet still feels peaceful and relaxing. The ambience throughout the hotel and is warm, elegant, and inviting, making it easy to feel at home. This is also supported by the friendly staff, always there to assist you with question about Sirmione or the neighboring areas around Lake Garda. And the garden area is simply stunning – spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing with a glass of local wine or enjoying a swim in ether the pool or the lake. We can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely return!

We had the most memorable stay. Right from check in we were welcomed so warmly. Everything was fantastic from the rooms, the food, the pool area, bar and more. Most importantly the owners and staff made our stay so memorable.

The hotel was fine and the front lady receptionist (sorry forgotten name but started with a B) was lovely. However the communciation and transparency from this hotel is absolutely shocking. I booked a transfer from Verona airport to our hotel and i was quoted 90euros, was not given any terms or conditons or set out any warning thst there would be an increase in fee if we had the 'night service'. My flight was due to land at 10.30 but we had an hr delay so it landed at 11.30pm so i completely appreciate its late. However, i was told that the taxi was 110euros by the driver as we were taking off! I questioned this with the hote and all i got in response was agression, atturide and rudeness by someone called 'Cecila' - i was told 'it is not their problem that the flight was delayed' but my response was it is their responsibility to lay out the FULL terms and conditoons and had this been mentioned from the outset i wouldnt have had a problem. Even when wuestioning it, i was only asking why the charge is higher and did not expect the rude responses i recieved. The taxi driver was also rude and miserable and shouted at us cos we put our own bags in the car - all in all, i feel that you need to be transparent with costs fkr transfers and with the full terms and conditions from the outset to avoid confusion on the day of travelling. Also learn how to respond with kindess, and not be so rude when asking general questions. breakfast also had rubbish options! Would never book again.

Wow, wow, wow. Sad to leave!

What a fantastic few days at this hotel. I’ve visited Italy many times over the years but this was my first trip to Lake Garda. My friend and I booked over a bank holiday weekend, to escape the UK and treat ourselves to the Italian sun. From start to finish the welcome, communication, friendliness of the staff was probably some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They arranged a car pick up for us from Verona airport, would always go above and beyond to help and made a real effort to make us feel welcomed. The hotel itself is beautiful. Outdoor pool overlooking the lake and plenty of sun bed space. The food at breakfast each morning was so fresh, plentiful and you could tell it was of the highest quality. After several days of bliss in Sirmione, we were quite sad to leave and I am already looking to other friends and my fiancée to accompany me on another trip back here soon! Thank you everyone at AQVA, you really made our trip memorable and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Perfect location to stay and explore Sirmione. Its an easily walkable distance for the bridge to enter the town and the car parking is really useful. The closer you get to bridge and centre, the crazier the traffic becomes. We saw peoole driving cars into the town and would not recommend staying in those hotels if you are driving. Getting the car out to explore other areas would be super stressful. I was so happy to be staying at AQVA and not have to deal with the traffic. We had a Lake View Room and the view is simply wonderful. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. TV was modern so we cluld stresm snd watch normal orograms. Breakfast was different every day and delicious. The staff were great at communiczting with us before arrival and very helpful and friendly. Not a cheap place to stay. But good value. Would come back and will recommned.
