I really enjoyed the location — it’s very convenient and close to everything I needed. The hotel is clean, and you can clearly see the attention to detail and dedication of the team.
Personally, I found the pillows a bit too firm, though still acceptable for a good night’s sleep. The facilities are somewhat older, but they are well maintained.
One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the reception could remind guests to use the key to lock the door when leaving the room. I initially thought the door had an automatic smart-lock system, so for several days I didn’t lock it when going out, and only realized after housekeeping had locked it during cleaning.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the staff’s effort.
