Housekeeping

Room was not cleaned to our liking. I had to ask for a broom to sweep our own room. No clean toilet ever for a 8 night stay. Front desk was amazing

The weather was amazing. The check in was very easy. We got to our room it was clean and cool. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, soap shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It had hand soap and lotion, toilet paper and tissues, hair dryer. The room also came with a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea. Coffee was caffinated and decaf. With microwave and ice bucket and cups for coffee and ice. Also had a safe for your valuables. The AC unit is on the wall under the window but the thermostat that controls it is on the opposite wall by the bed. The entire hotel was just awesome and offered an amazing breakfast also. Parking is in the rear and activities are easy to get to. You really need to experience this hotel. We know you will love it. WE ABSOLUTELY DID 5*STARS

Very clean! It might seem small but I loved that the towels were big! The soap actually smelled good. The breakfast was different than most continental breakfasts which was nice. Location was fantastic! My only issue was the noise at night, but it was right on the strip.

Solid place to stay

Our first trip to Pigeon Forge was a memorable one. The room was spacious and we did not feel cramped. The hotel was clean, but there was a strong cleaning product smell. We enjoyed using the bicycles to tour the attractions nearby when it was night crowded. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. We would consider staying here again.

We loved our stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was great. The pools were nevee overly crowded. Great convenient location. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Will stay here again as i am a frequent Pigeon Forge traveler.

My favorite hotel

This is my favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. I love that the Island is within walking distance. The staff are always so friendly. The breakfast is delicious. I like that there are choices to choose from.
