不錯的公寓式套房

公寓式住家，離地鐵近方便，但check in時要電話連絡才會開門，不方便，不會像飯店一樣幫整理房間，但空間很寬敞，有暖氣，洗澡水有大且熱，有獨立式吹風機，有電熱水壺，可自己煮熱水 且check out後又可寄放行李很不錯，如果是在管理員上班時間到，這是個不錯的選擇

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento y la ubicación. Solo que no me dieron instrucciones para llegar y mi móvil no tenía activado al roaming así que en la puerta había un cartel que decía que llame por teléfono pero me fue imposible. Así que la llegada fue algo complicada.

The people working there are excellent. Amazingly helpful. The room is nice, but its not a true king or queen size bed. 2 twins smashed together. Nice view and when you walk out, you're in the middle of old town. Building is always clean and well kept.

Nice apartment but terrible service

The apartment itself was clean, neat, and well located. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience for a couple reasons. First, the property manager was not on-site as promised in our communication. When we buzzed the door she let us know we could do the automatic check-in process. However, the machine didn't recognize any of our credit cards and we had to wait for her to come to the property to check us in. They billed me for the entire amount while Hotels.com said I had already paid a deposit, so that was another issue. The property manager had not left additional sheets and cover for the couch/twin bed so we had to request that late at night and didn't receive a response for an hour. Also I had complained about the noise from the next building and even though they tried to address this with the store next door it was still loud at night when we returned to the apartment. I was told when I tried multiple ways to contact the manager that I needed to go to the outside buzzer (on the street) if I wished to communicate with her. The phone number they had had two 00 in front for some reason and she didn't seem to like that I called the number directly on my phone and tried WhatsApp when I didn't get a response. I also got asked why I would need additional sheets when "it's only two people." Frankly it's none of her business. Hasn't she ever traveled with a friend who snores? Or had someone who just wanted their space? That's why we rented the apartment in the first place.

À l'arrivée, nous avons été surpris de devoir fournir à nouveau une carte bancaire pour effectuer le paiement sur place alors que la procédure avait déjà été conclue sur le site Expedia. Entre plusieurs établissements, notre choix s'était arrêté sur celui-ci car les photographies du studio présentait une terrasse privative suffisamment grande pour profiter du soleil et y manger. Malheureusement, le studio attribué sur place n'offrait pas de terrasse. L'employée nous a dit que les photos ne correspondaient pas et que l'hébergement offrant la terrasse n'était pas disponible. Il faisait 32° Celsius à l'extérieur et nous n'avons trouvé ni glaçons dans le freezer, ni distributeur ou moule à glaçons dans l'établissement. Un des draps était usé et troué (j'ai une photo). La rue est bruyante jour et nuit durant laquelle des individus y parlent fort et chantent. Les points positifs sont la gentillesse de l'employée et la proximité du métro pour nous rendre à l'aéroport.

This place was amazing! It actually looks EXACTLY like the photos. The apartment was big and roomy. Lots of space. Very conveniently located in one of the best areas in Lisbon. It’s within walking distance to the main attractions and there is a metro station close by. Perfect location and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
