The property is centrally located and close to many popular tourist attractions like Paseo Santa Lucia, the Cathedral, Macroplaza, plenty of shops and small local restaurants. Staff at check-in was very friendly (Mercedes) I would definitely stay here again if I return to Monterrey. My only complaint is the lack of communication through the Expedia app, and we had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in, even though we arrived early at noon.

The property has so much potential BUT, the staff and service was TERRIBLE! I stayed for 3 nights and called room service 3 times on the 3rd morning and never received assistance. I ordered room service and it took about 20 calls until they answered. The A/C was leaking YELLOW water the whole stay. There was only half of a roll of toilet paper when I checked and I never received another roll in the 3 nights I was there! HORRIBLE never again will I stay here. MIND YOU it was my BIRTHDAY!!!

La distribución de la habitación es muy cómoda y la ubicación del Hotel es directamente magnífica para turistas en el centro de Monterrey. No piensen dos veces; la ubicación es genial, todo queda a pié y es muy discreta en cuanto a ruido de la calle.

Excelente hotel para pasar el fin de semana, con varias opciones para comer cerca de ahí. Personal del hotel muy servicial, el concierge me proporcionó un par de paraguas para salir a conocer la ciudad el día que llegamos. Volveré a quedarme ahí cuando visite la ciudad. Solo como comentario, mejorar el servicio de housekeeping, no lavaron la taza de café del día anterior, solo la vaciaron Pero tenía todavía la marca de café adentro.
