Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Abendessen ist dort allerdings sehr teuer.

The wonderful, the bad and the ugly!

We absolutely loved Hassan at the front desk, a guy who tries to make everything wonderful. But there were far too many things out of his control and the owner never seemed to be present. The hotel listing indicated that the following would be offered: a separate living room, a microwave, a minibar, an espresso maker and a desk. None of these were in the room. We are not sure who is responsible for these listings but we feel severely misled. We booked on the condition that these things would be present. Also, the shower head sprayed in every direction. There was a badly broken window in our room that Hassan could only tape together. And of the 3 electrical outlets in the room, one beside the bed did not work. Also the curtains are flimsy and see-through...definitely not 3 Star quality. Wifi was only available near the front desk. Their restaurant did have tasty but expensive food. The eagle’s nest room we were in did have a great view.

Bien situé à mi-chemin entre Foum Zguid et Tata pour faire étape, l'hôtel très calme propose de bonnes chambres confortables avec une excellente literie. Bien chauffées, nous etions fin Novembre, les salles de bains disposent de douches avec eau chaude. Petit-déjeuner plus que correct, le tout avec un accueil souriant et agréable. Seul bémol.... et il est de taille....Évitez d'y dîner, à moins qu'ils rectifient leurs tarifs, ce que je leur conseille. Le tajine de poulet à 150 Dhirams....! Cherchent t'ils à rattraper la Mamounia ou pratiquent t'ils le tir aux pigeons.
