This is not a hotel. It’s a homestay, so you have to judge it accordingly. We felt it was good value for money. It would have been nice if they offered breakfast. Because it’s a house, they force you to take your shoes off, which is inconvenient if you’re wearing hiking boots and have to tie them on and off every single time you go in or out. That aside, the place was excellent. The staff were friendly and the location was great.

Great, value for money home stay

This was a lovely home stay, very close the the old quarter in Hoi An. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. They gave us good advice about things to do Hoi An. The rooms are great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

Staff at this homestay are wonderful. If you want to stay where all the action is, this place is a quick walk to the market but much more quiet. My room was tidy with ac and a fan. I had a great stay and would recommend.
