Always a clean room with the basic needs. No extra frilly things so the price point is perfect. We have stayed here several times and it has always been clean and the grounds are clean and taken care of well. They are renovating the font office right now but that's not really a big deal. We stayed here a year ago and the price was right and the room was clean and seemed recently renovated. Now, I was told, they are renovating the rooms on back side too. Nice person checking us in. We will stay here next time as well.

5/1/26 Close to the University. Young Indian student at the front desk was excellent. Room was clean the HVAC was easyto read and operate. Pillows needed to be the regular larger size. Depends on your neighbors as to the quietness. Lovely hot water. An ice machine that a tually worked. Wifi, TV. microwave, and hair dryer all functioned well.
