Arrived late evening at the hotel to find that they no longer had a room available, despite having made a booking. They just said they had told hotels.com and nothing they could do, they didn't provide any further help or advice and I was left to sleep on a chair in the airport. Hotels.com were very apologetic, the hotel were not apologetic or helpful.
