Very cute small boutique, hotel, good location to the local train line

A very special young lady at the front desk by the name of Naomi ,provided exceptional customer service. She was always friendly, kind, helpful and assisted me with a smile in a very professional manner. She was a super star… even called up a taxi and then when the taxi drove off bowed in true Japanese tradition. I will always remember her. The room was larger than some of the other Rinn hotels I stayed in, always clean, with crisp white linens and a small kitchen area. The hotel is tucked away on a narrow street, has a tiny check in area not staffed all the time but a phone is available to contact some one. Over all a very please stay and would recommend this Sanyo Ohasi East hotel. When at the hotel, please ask for Nagomi as she will assist you with all your concerns. Say hello from Ursula-san from Canada.
