We absolutely adored the Zey hotel. What a gem in the very heart of Greenport! Super clean and comfortable. All the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Eclectic design was so refreshing and fun. Surprising. Colorful comfortable, cozy. We enjoyed our spacious room and breakfasting on the large outdoor deck, and had we had the time, we would have lay on the lounge chairs and read books. James, Tony and our chambermaid were all helpful and accomodating. While not luxurious, it is eclectic, fun and we would come back.

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, our host James was amazing. He greeted us so warmly and immediately made us feel at home. He took us around the hotel and showed us all the living areas which were very cool as they were all decorated with a 1960’s vibe. The hotel is located in a perfect location, and you can walk to everything. There’s street parking and they also have a rear parking lot. Great room and plenty of hotel space to relax.

Pros: Rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. Helpful staff welcoming. One parking spot Per room in back off Street. Had a nice seating areas throughout the games quiet corners to read. Plenty of shopping and restaurants been walking distance. Con: say it's early in the season as I stayed in the beginning of June. But the outdoor patio and gardens needed some attention and trimming. I would assume once the season gets going that this will be a manicured better.

A small hotel with a vibrant and eclectic decor, ample common spaces for relaxing and socializing and a great location for strolling through Greenport. My wife and I stayed for two nights and agreed that we would stay here again were we to return to the area. Hotel staff accommodated our somewhat late arrival with no issues and welcomed us when we arrived like we were old friends. Rooms are not as soundproofed as more modern construction and as a result we did hear the guests in the room above us moving about. But we knew this was a possibility from reading other reviews prior to our trip and therefore it was not a bother for us. I highly recommend this property.
