We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The heated pool was actually warm (which isn’t always the case!), and that made my 12-year-old granddaughter so happy. It’s very kid-friendly and perfect for families. The location is also a huge plus — it’s right next door to the theater and Tropical Falls, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything was convenient and easy.
