Hawaiian Paradise With a Modern Renovation at Turtle Bay

Everything was great, including the included beach toys. Loved the decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Bring tennis equipment!

We stayed for 10 days and had a terrific time. It is a great way to explore not only the North Shore but all of Oahu as most things are within an hours drive. Micheal was very timely in answering all of our questions. The place was practically brand new, clean and lot's of towels. I would go back there in a second.

This was also our first time booking a VRBO and it was so easy. We received very good directions from the airport and when we arrived the condo was so nice and clean and ready for us. The condo was small but perfect for a couple. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed at this property for four nights. We loved the location. It is close to the Polynesian Cultural Center, the Laie Temple, and the awesome north shore beaches. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only tiny glitch we had was with check-in. We read the email from the owner on how to check-in and followed it. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. and put in the code at the gate, so we could be buzzed in. The owner didn't answer, so we put in the number for security. They also didn't answer. We left messages with the owner and security. We then backed up and started calling and texting the owners. They responded within about 15 minutes and we were able to be buzzed in. Again, everything else about this property was great. We would definitley stay here again.

Mike and Kate were quite responsive to the nonworking tv in the bedroom and the missing parking pass. The residence is comfortable and convenient to all North Shore attractions. If you are a golfer, the unit is right on one of the courses at Turtle Bay -- so close in fact that at least 2 shots were played within feet of lanai. Highly recommended!

This could be a wonderful property with the renovations they have done, but whoever's was in charge of ensuring cleanliness missed the bar. We spent first night cleaning the property as it needed good cleaning especially in bathroom and the entire condo needed mopped. I was thankful we had brought our own linens as back up as we ended up using our own as theirs were stained and dirty. The refrigerator leaked all over inside and ran out making a puddle on the floor, so we called property manager and he came out to look. During his visit he did get new towels for us that were clean and allowed access to owner's closet for new sheets and towels. He apologized for the lack of cleanliness we had experienced upon check in and said he would work on getting someone out to fix the refrigerator and give us one night refund due to our troubles. He was super nice and easy to work with. Refrigerator was never repaired during our stay and never heard back on it, so we just took it as an opportunity to enjoy a lot of the local places to eat instead. The pull out couch is fine for a very small child but is not comfortable at all! Location was excellent with a quick walk to turtle bay and right on the golf course. We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai in the mornings. The complex is quiet and very convenient to anything youd want to do/see on the north shore. If they switch out cleaning people and did some maintenance on property I'd definitely be open to giving this property another try. This condo has great potential with just a little work and cleaning.

We spent four nights in this condo while visiting the North Shore of Oahu. The unit had everything we needed. The finishes were updated and fresh, particularly in the kitchen and bath. This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a swimming/snorkeling beach and walking trails. Our host provided tips on shopping, dining and beaches, which was super helpful! Directions to the condo and access to the unit were easy, even though we arrived after dark. The only drawback I would mention is that the air conditioning in the bedroom is quite loud. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to open the windows and rely on the ceiling fan in that room. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

We had a great time in Turtle Bay, very relaxing, found our way around your beautiful destination. Would recommend the Condo it was well situated with a lovely pool area and close enough to use the Turtle Bay facilities and beaches, lots of nice walks. Condo was in excellent condition we had a very comfortable stay, we used the pull out couch which was ok as a second bed, place was lovely and clean, would recommend.
