The hotel was clean and staff helpful. Sleeping quarters were clean, TV adequate, had a microwave and small fridge. Bathroom needed attention. It all worked, it just was pretty sloppy maintenance. Sink faucet was loose at the base and spinning. Trim ring on shower head hanging on pipe. Sink overflow trim half broken off. Toilet seat loose and off kilter. I showed photos to the staff at checkout and they said they would take care of it. Other than the bathroom the place was fine. Pet friendly, $25 fee for dog overnight not included in listing price. Hot Breakfast was good. Parking was plentiful.

I usually don't leave reviews but this hotel has changed that. I have rented way cheaper hotel rooms in the past and have felt way more clean and comfortable in them! Overall it is a pretty filthy hotel. Highlights from the first room we were given included a blood stained comforter and yellow stained sheets, a plugged toilet, floors that were sticky and had black marks all over them, walls that had hand prints you literally could see and lastly a horrible smell. We did get to change rooms but the second room turned out to be only slighty better. Never again

Although the location was very good, the property needs to be refurbished. It is old and tired. The day we left, the elevator was out of order. There were two people in wheelchairs trapped on the third floor. We were able to carry our luggage and gear down in 2 trips. The breakfast was your usual hotel fare, nothing special. We will not be back.

Standing fixture light was hanging by one wire and had a rusty base. The AC unit when the compressor was on would rattle loudly, had to fold a towel under it to stop it. The hot water in the morning was barely warm. All the food items were basically cold.

Front desk staff was rude. From the time I walked into door it took 40 minutes to get properly checked in. By the way I was traveling with a 94 year old blind mother. Why 40 minutes 1. Third in line but front desk was slow. Had two people 2. Went to third floor on very SLOW elevator (just had 1) 3. Keys did not work 4. Back down to front desk waited 5. Back up to third floor someone was already in the room 6. Back down back up with new room Could not fall asleep until 2:30am thinking that someone could be checking into my room

I pass through this area at least once a week and have stayed at at this hotel 3 times. The 1st time, the room was in good condition. The 2nd time, the bathroom had water damage to the wall and the wall was peeling and looked nasty. I tried in one more time, thinking maybe it was just that room, however, lastnight that room had water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom which was peeling and looked nasty (also, the ac wouldn't cool off the room). I might give them one more chance but I may not.
