This is my 4th trip staying with Grano Apartments however the 1st at this location.
Arrived early and was met by a young male and female on reception, both of whom could do with refreshing their customer service and professionalism skills, he seemed annoyed when we asked about storing luggage until check in time which has never been a problem in the past.
Upon our return we asked to collect our stored case and my friend caught him rolling his eyes and making faces to his colleague behind my back. He then gave very little info on the hotel and i had to ask about time limits etc on pool facilities.
Other than that we had a lovely stay, rooms and communal areas are clean, 1st towel change is free (he failed to mention this), everything is walking distance. The onsite spa was also lovely but expensive.
Thankfully check in did not put me off and i would return.
