This was our first stay at Akana but hopefully it won’t be our last. The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to the wonderful reviews it has received. The room was large and very comfortable and well laid out. The bathroom was great with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The balcony of our room (#307) was nice for relaxing in the afternoon sun. The pool was very good and never too crowded - we always managed to find sun lounges when we were there. Breakfast was provided with our room and we always found something appealing and tasty on the menu. And finally the staff - everyone without exception was happy and smiling and making sure that our stay was a memorable one. AND IT WAS. Thank you everyone at Akana.

We stayed here for 9 nights and loved this hotel. It's a relatively small, well-run hotel, in a great location in Sanur. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel beach area is great and the pool area was great for cooling off. Breakfast had plenty of a la carte options plus a small buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious with everyhing we needed. My only comment would be that the pillows are very big and firm, it would be good to have another softer option for those that prefer it. Overall, great value for money.

Net hotel. Zwembad aanwezig. Gratis fietsen. Hotel heeft ook aantal strandbedden ter beschikking op rustig deel van Sanur strand (ideaal om te zwemmen) . Heel relax. Op circa 10 min lopen van hotel.

Great staff! They always seemed happy to see us and were super sweet to my young son. The location was awesome and walking distance to almost everything. Only downside would be sometimes the breakfast was a bit underwhelming but still met our expectations overall. Thanks,

Prima gezellig klein hotel en op prima lokatie.Bedden op strand helemaal goed( geen handdoekleggers!, altijd plaats). Voor ons was het ook zo geregel dat we laat mochten uitchecken, vertrek vliegtuig was pas in de avond. Als we volgend jaar weer naar Sanur gaan dan gaan we zeker weer naar het Akana!

Fijn hotel en erg vriendelijk personeel! De kamer zag er mooi uit en het zwembad en restaurant was erg gezellig zo dicht bij elkaar. Leuk klein opgezet boutique hotel. We verbleven hier 1 nacht na onze vlucht. Je mag gratis gebruik maken van de fietsen en ze hebben gratis bedjes op het strand. Hier hebben we geen gebruik van kunnen maken maar fijne faciliteiten, zeker voor de prijs die je voor dit hotel betaalt.

I stayed 2 nights at Akana to recover my batteries before leaving Bali. The hotel is a small boutique hotel in the luxury segment. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The pool was right outside my room and had a nice cool temperature in the Bali heat. The restaurant have great food and entertainment with a nice vibe. You can also borrow a bike from the hotel to explore the Sanur Beach walk. Great location within walking distance from the beach (the hotel also has its own beach club). If you're looking for a luxury retreat in Sanur, I highly recommend staying at Akana.
