I had a very disappointing experience with the manager. I stayed at this location for nearly a month and spent over $3,000. The pool and laundry facilities had been out of service for over a year, yet the listing did not mention this. The website also states that the property is pet-friendly, but they only allow service animals. After weeks of staying there with my cat, I was suddenly told I had to leave. This was incredibly frustrating and unfair, especially after being a long term guest.

It was a good stay until the people next door and above started making fun of me. I suffer from gastritis, colitis, pancreatitis, and acid reflux, so I take medication to help with that. I had to use the bathroom, and the person above me said they needed an ambulance because they couldn't breathe, and the dog was barking incessantly. The people next to me did the same, except a nice woman who she stood up for me and checked on me.

This location did not meet usual expectations

Several item There were no options for early check in. Since we booked second party there were no options to upgrade at the facility. Breakfast was very limited, cinimmon rolls only one morning of three, when bacon ran out at 8 am they would not put out more even though breakfast was open till 9. The coffee pot was empty when I arrived at 8 and we had to wait 15 minutes till another pot was brewed. Pancake machine was broken the three days we were there, fruit was sad looking, oatmeal was watery. In the room we had a continuous runny commode and a noisy air conditioner. The bed was not made well the bottom sheet was not even tucked in. Well not stay at this Holiday Inn location again.

Overall a Nice Stay

We arrived rather late (12:30pm) and were warmly greeted. Because it was so late it was very quiet which was great for us as we were exhausted. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was the noise from the air conditioner fan. Breakfast was hot and delicious with several options. The coffee was luke warm.

Nice Clean Stay

This was a great stay. We had a large room. It was actually a handicap accessible room but very large. The Fitness Center had lots of floor space and nice mats and chairs enough equipment. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. She helped me look up the directions to the event we needed to attend.

Cold day in the Hill Country

The hotel is fairly new and fresh. It was 27degrees and the rooms hav a window heater which was not on before we arrived. The room did not get bearable until 9 pm when we went to bed. They did give us extra blankets. And their breakfast is nice. Nice employees.

Dishonest

The price was great, so we checked into the holiday Inn, which is in a great safe location with easy access to stores food and into Austin. The cleaner on air freshener they use in the rooms are overpowering and almost feel like chemical smell.. the beds were comfortable. We were accident left a teddy bear of 25 years significance behind and called right away the next day and stated that he was left and in which room and of course front desk didn’t call me back as promised so I had to call again and then I called and I said OK I’m gonna double check my car and then I called again saying it’s truly left at the hotel so I have a house cleaning discarded Teddy or stole him . The excuse from the front desk lady was that it was hard to communicate with the housekeeping staff. Total sadness of my daughter Teddy hold memories of her German grandmother
