This is more on Hotels.com, I booked the stay at star Inn actually through Google because I did not want to go and use Hotels.com. It automatically referred me to Hotels.com. I set the date for the night that I was traveling, which was the 13th and by the time I paid it, the Hotels.com app had changed it to the 28th so when I went to the motel, they had no idea what I was talking about and when I showed them my itinerary, they were the ones that caught it. They said it for two weeks in advance that’s on Hotels.com. The motel would not change the date for me and Hotels.com. It took probably four calls And tried to do the online thing. Did not get anything done with it at all. Finally, I got a hold of a person in the Hotels.com who charged me seven more dollars to book it for that night just a rip off. This is why I did not want to deal with them. That’s the truth.
Therefore, they have a very unhappy customer and it took me two hours to do what should’ve been done in five minutes.
