It's unfortunate that there isn't any pride put into this business. It's as though no one knew that I booked the stay. The duvet on one bed had shoeprints,crumbled dirt ,and hair on top of it,when I pulled back the sheets there was more hair and stains on the fitted sheet. I checked the next bed and there was a yellow stain on the pillow as well as more hair and stains underneath the sheets. The bathroom towels had dried paint on them. I left to get cleaning supplies from the store as well as towels and sheets from a thrift shop. A hotel worker told me that someone would try to steal my car,so I bought a steering wheel lock. My room was non-smoking, however smoke comes through the vents from the smoking rooms,so there was smoke smell in my clothes everyday and our allergies were aggravated due to this.The man, possibly owner at the check in desk said that 4 people were too many for my room and asked me to pay an additional $80 in cash, in which he did not give me a receipt for. I wish they would not take advantage of people. Everyone deserves a clean,safe place to rest.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is absolutely DISGUSTING & should not be in operation!! There were holes in the wall, stains on the bedding, floors, EVERYWHERE!! Exposed lighting in the ceiling (no light fixture). The lightning in the back parking area was dim, w/trash & other large items discarded. There were also several sketchy looking individuals hanging around. You'd do better off sleeping in your car! I didn't feel comfortable & ended up leaving.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in

Towels were old, threadbare and stained. Bathmat had big black stains on it. Only one trash can by the door, not by the bathroom. Toilet paper holders had no cylinder thing in them on which you put the roll. There were 2 half used rolls of toilet paper on the toilet tank. Furniture was old and rickety. Toilet backed up after the first flush. When I checked in it took a long time because the clerk didn’t know how to use the computer system. They charged $3.75 if you used a credit card! Everyone uses credit cards now! Who pays in cash anymore?? They wouldn’t give me a receipt until I checked out the next day. When I went to check out, nobody was there. I had to use their call button to get someone to the front desk. I asked for my receipt and the clerk told me that I wouldn’t get a receipt because I paid online. I had to tell her that I paid in person last night with my credit card. She then looked it up in the system and then finally gave me a receipt. There was no channel guide on the remote or any printout with the channels on the TV. I would NEVER go there again and WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone else!
