The room was clean staff was really friendly but you better have a $100 cash only deposit when you checked in that was the only thing we had a problem with since we don’t carry cash on us.

Bitter sweet hotel

Room was great and big; provided free parking. However, room wasn’t not ready till 4pm and there was a cash deposit required and refunded after your room is thoroughly checked.

Do not stay here. Find somewhere else. These people are rude as can be. Like we were bothering them to stay here. Paid over $200 to be yelled at & treated like a child all weekend. We were not allowed to “hang out” in any other room even tho we booked more than 2! Threatened to call the police on us. Everything we did was a problem. Dont know how they are still open but they need to take some management & hospitality courses. You can find something better & closer to sofi if that’s where you’re going.

The staff is horrible. They aren’t welcoming at all, ESPECIALLY the lady who works up front. She had attitude from the minute I called to ask if there was early check in available. She acted like it was an issue when asking if I could have 2 more towels for the room. The TV wasn’t working. The AC didn’t work so it was hot in the room. No visitors are allowed to you room EVEN if they are staying in the same motel a few doors down or they’ll threatened to kick you out and call the police! I could keep going but I’ll end it like this if I could give zero stars maybe even negative I would. If you’re thinking about staying here for any reason I suggest you save your money. Sleeping in a tent on skid row might be better than wasting your money here.

Place is quiet and as soon as we walk in and rang the bell, the kind lady took care of us right away, gave us a non smoking room. I definitely wil coming back next time im around the area.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nice and super soft. The internet was reliable. I couldnt figure out to change the input on the TV but it did turn on. The desk railings were old and stained. The room was quaint. I booked the jacuzzi room. Everything worked fine. I did have a huge spider in my shower, i won't hold against the property because its a spider.

Cash only deposits. An ambulance company across the street so all you hear is sirens. The beds were hard and instead of having a fitted sheet it was just a regular sheet with a piece of cut leather underneath.

Manipulative Staff

I was shocked at the tiny size of the room, especially when at least 3 regular rooms where left vacant, all through the night. I had to get cash for a deposit, not stated. Very shady staff who treat renting a room like an illegal drug deal.
