The bad news is the hotel is built around a discotheque that stays open until 3:30 AM. The good news is, if you like to yell, sing, and party you don't have to leave your room. We stayed three nights, Wed – Fri. Wednesday was not a problem. Thursday and Friday were horrible. The discotheque stayed open until 3:30 AM, and when it closed the party moved out into the streets.
We talked to the front desk, but they weren’t interested in moving or helping us. The manager avoided talking to us and left the problem to the front desk.
My recommendation is if you are in San Luis to party this hotel might be the place for you. If you are in San Luis for business and have to stay at this hotel, refuse to stay in room 502, and insist on a room on the seventh floor or higher to get away from the party at the discotheque. Better yet, stay at a different hotel. There are too many nice hotels in San Luis to lose sleep over this one.
